HEPA filter and TB

Does anyone use HEPA filter machine as the only intervention for isolating TB patients in a regular room?

BPA is negative pressure single room.

We utilize HEPA filters in addition to PAPRs in the OR where I work. The ORs aren't supposed to be put in negative pressure.
