HELP WANTED!

Right now i have just been asked to take over as Nursing Supervisor for my district. Our dear former nursing supervisor died last night!:cry: i was called into the superintendent's office and was briefed about her passing then he told me since i'm senior RN he is giving me the job!

How can i just pick up were she left off and run a dept? i'm so nervous right now!! any good advice?

This year i don't know it seems like everything bad that can happen is happing to me!!

    So true!!! A marathon is accomplished by taking one step at a time - not one giant 26.2 mile step.
