What country was your program from??

Yes, you have to. How would they evaluate the program if you do not send in the transcripts from your school. A delegated Staff (usually the School Registrar) from the school should fill those out and properly signed and sealed. It is the school hat sends in the transcripts as well. The Boards will not accept a transcript sent by the applicant.

It is optional as stated on the form.

Are you actually going to be working in CA or in WA? If WA, then you are still going to need to meet their requirements to get licensed there. You will need to hold a WA license to work there.

Do you have a SSN# already?

Hi! Suzanne! Im going to work in Wa. I choose Ca because it has fewer requirements. Once i pass the NCLEX, can i request for reciprocity to Wa? Yes! i have my SSN...thanks again!

You should still need to meet the BON's requirements for foreign trained nurse so if they need CES then usually you have to get it done. Maybe something you discuss with them.

Just to add reciprocity is with the NCLEX but with license you have to endorse and meet that requirement

NCLEX has reciprocity, licenses do not. You are going to need to meet the requirements that they have for foreign nurses to endorse there. It is not going to be an automatic thing, even with the SSN#.

The issue is that you trained out of the US, and need to meet the requirements as a foreign trained nurse.
