Are you currently a student in a nursing program? Or are you a pre-nursing major who is simply curious about the content of the NCLEX?

Go to http://pearsonvue.com/nclex/ and read the Candidate Bulletin.
The test is adaptive and not everyone gets the same questions.

NCLEX = National Council Licensure Exam
This is the exam you'll take after graduation from nursing school in order to be licensed as a nurse. It covers a whole spectrum of nursing topics, and evaluates your ability to apply the nursing concepts you've learned in school to situations described in your exam. It evaluates if you've attained the minimum competence necessary to function as a beginning practitioner.
The exams you'll take in school will help you to think like a nurse, and will go a long way towards helping you pass this test.
Good luck!
