Help! I am studying for Monday and have question!

Physiological integrity is such a large area, it's hard to give any advice. What do YOU think you have difficulty with? This is what i asked myself when i was studying.

What are your scores? It seems like a lot of people aren't scoring very high.

I didn't even do tests and didn't care about my scores. All i was concerned about is to simply do the questions everyday and understand EVERY rationale.

I just keep getting below passing on that area. It's hard to say because the test I take does not tell me which question belongs in what category. If I knew that it would help me.

Please answer this ASAP as I am studying for my PN-NCLEX and take it Monday morning. I keep getting very low scores on Physiological Integrity area! What do I need to study to boost this area and what does it consist of? Please let me know right away because I don't know where to begin to boost this area!
