Help me get an A!

I am taking a Research in Psychology Methods class which requires me to distribute and analyze a very small survey. Please help me by completing the survey. It consists of 5 questions and should take less than 1 minute to complete.

All responses are confidential and will be used solely for a class project. The survey is anonymous and designed so that none of the information can be used to determine the identity of the individuals that respond. At the close of the project, the survey will be deleted from the hosting server, and the remaining data available only to myself and my professor. If you have any concerns please post them here.
