HELP! Does this mean i failed?

I just got the mail today and received a letter from California School of Health Sciences for and NCLEX Board Review Seminar.

Why am i getting this?

Does that mean they know i failed the nclex before i did?

I would imagine that the school has your name on a list of new graduates and is therefore offering you this service. I would not let this piece of mail make me nervous.

As far as I am aware it is just junk. BON/BRN will sell your name to a company and they will send out stuff like this. You need to have words with BRN

It means they want your business. Don't pay any attention to this ad. I have prior experience with third parties getting my contact info from the Board. It happens. They sell the list.
