I was wondering if there might be a computer program where I can enter my subjective and objective information and have it all transcribed into a careplan, instead of writing one out each time.

You mean you want the computer to do the thinking you're supposed to be doing?!?!
actually I was thinking that I would like a template another word. So that I wouldn't have to draw out the lines and the boxes. Some what of a master copy. A generic version to use each time.

Windows Office does that.
You know, if you could learn to do that you could become rich!! Care plans in one sense are a pain, but useful!:balloons:

I have exactly what you are looking for. A Microsoft Word file with every ADPIE field necessary grouped by individual body systems. I finally realized how to add attachments to a posting; I hope the files I have attached will be able to help someone out.

This site may help you with care plans as well. This is the one I use to do almost all of my careplans.
Good luck

objective data requires data FROM your client, you dont need a pc program to obtain it, ask your client regarding this data....
I love careplans.:biere:
Yeah careplans are the greatest nursing tool around... it's like a condom for sex...
BTW thanks for the help... I got an A for my first care plan.
You're welcome; and yes they are one of the necessary dreaded evils of life...one of many...
