Hi,
I am new to the site and I have tons of questions!! I graduated from LPN school in 1997 and circumstance lead me to never become licensed. I really would like to know opinions on whether a nurse refresher course or just starting over is the best option. I feel like the nurse refresher is a good choice except it really has been a long time and I am scared that won't be enough. I would really appreciate any insight I could recieve on this matter.
My only problem with starting over and repeating LPN is time, I have 4 kids, a husband, and a time consuming job that I need. I look forward to any help I can get. I also am glad to be included in this community, I have been looking for something like this for a while.

Welcome to the site,
have you tried talking to schools of nursing to see what changes have occurred since you completed your training and whether a refresher course is all that is needed
Good luck

Good luck to you. I'll move your question to the LPN forum for more assistance.
