Hi, I took my NCLEX-PN on Feb 27th and just found out I passed. When I left the testing center I was sure I failed, but I passed. I came home and read some threads from this website and felt better, my test stopped at 85, and most people who have had that happen have passed. Just reading that other people were sure they failed ad hadn't made me feel like there was hope. I congratulate any other recent passers!! It feels great.

I am taking my boards on Feb 27th 2009. I need prayers and support because I am way nervous. Thanks I will also reciprocate any needed prayers or support.

I am readying to take the NCLEX-PN and I am scared. I feel like I am unfocused in my studies and don't know what to focus my attention on. There seems to be so much. Right now I am mostly answering tons of practice questions. Any tips on studying or what to brush up on. I know the basics but I am stressing over meds and other things. PLEASE HELP!!

Hello, I am preparing to take the NCLEX after a while out of the field. I had to take a nurse refresher program, so I am not really scared about the field, just the test. I am studying from several books and trying to review my drug guide. I feel like I am studying in an unfocused manner and I am not sure where to start and what else I should brush up on. I would like to know what other people are doing to prep and tips you have. Thanks!

Hi I am in a nurse refresher course for LPN, I have 2 questions in my course that are stumping me and I am looking for some help! The first one is how do the ABC's apply to a newborn and the second is needing nursing implications for each letter of BUBBLEHE in postpartum assessments. I understand what BUBBLEHE is, I am just not sure what the nursing implications are. I also believe ABC's stand for Airway, Breathing, Circulation but have not found anything to back those things up. I would appreciate any ideas on how to answer these questions. Thanks

Hi, I am new to the site and I have tons of questions!! I graduated from LPN school in 1997 and circumstance lead me to never become licensed. I really would like to know opinions on whether a nurse refresher course or just starting over is the best option. I feel like the nurse refresher is a good choice except it really has been a long time and I am scared that won't be enough. I would really appreciate any insight I could recieve on this matter. My only problem with starting over and repeating LPN is time, I have 4 kids, a husband, and a time consuming job that I need. I look forward to any help I can get. I also am glad to be included in this community, I have been looking for something like this for a while.
