hi fellow nurse im new here and this site is so nice for us nurses.. hi i have a question.. im currenty on the phillipes and i have the employer on illinois and i passed all the exam nclex,cgfns, my local board here in our country and my ielts english exam, my employer requires me an reciprocity application from chicago illinois but i dont know where to get the endorsemnt application from chicago. can anyone help me pls?

you get the endorcement forms from the Chicago BON website, may be a small problem as you will not have a SSN and will not get one until you are in the US and can prove you are there legally. Check out the International forum as plenty of good info there :D
