Hello

I'm neww to allnurse, don't know much about these forums. I have recently left hospital nursing, and started working in a long term care facility. Though I've been an R.N. for over 25 years, I feel lost in this new environment. Any advice?

Welcome - there are loads of us here that have been 'around' in nursing terms for many years - and folk here who can answer your questions - my advice is to 'dive right in' on the threads - you will soon feel 'at home'.
