HCA VS TENET

I am an ICU nurse working for a small HCA hospital in South Florida. Its ok-however very low acuity and poor pay and benefits. Just got offered a job in Palm Beach gardens Medical Center which is Tenet. Before I make the switch I would like to know if anyone has worked in PBGMC and has any insight on the ICU as well as switching from all computer-HCA to paper charting and other differences between HCA and Tenet. Thank you guys.
