I am not a saint, I have patients compliment me and praise my work I do for them and so much appreciate their kind words I really do! I feel at times why so thankful? Why do you think I'm nice. I am just decent human who wants to give care to people who need it! If I could I would honestly do it for free but I have to pay bills...
its sad that kindness is a rare gift to give anymore to the eyes of others....

I'm definitely not a saint, I would never work for free. You are indeed a better human than me:yes:

I don't think being willing to do it for free makes the OP a better human than the rest of us who see being a nurse as a job, for which one should be compensated. I'm a damn good nurse and I'd leave in a hot second if I was told I would not be paid.
If I did not need a job to pay my bills, id spend my time traveling, personally. [emoji2]

It is sad that kindness is rare. Sometimes people love their jobs so much that they can't believe thy are getting paid to do the work. I think that is what the OP is meaning here.
