Yes! I work in a coronary care ICU, and alot of the new GNs on my unit used UWorld and said it was really helpful. One of them even failed NCLEX the first time and then did the whole UWorld question bank and passed on her next attempt. They were using a free trial version... not sure if it still exists. Just breathe and practice, you'll do great.
Yes, UWORLD Is good. Tougher, harder questions than Kaplan. Better rationales too. I think some of the questions can be too tough but it definitely helps prepare for NCLEX because those questions are pretty tough so UWORLD helps you prepare for that. I didn't use UWORLD that much but I do think it helps. I mostly used Kaplan but did set of 75 on UWORLD as well. Definitely helps. I passed NCLEX first try w/ 75 questions

Ive been betting 60%-65% on UWorld. Bad sign or not? Im taking my nclex next month..
I tested Tuesday and passed with 75 questions I HIGHLY recommend the UWORLD site. The rationales worked really well and I found myself "thinking" about each question choice with rationales from this site in mind. I also used LaCharity Prioritization, Delegation and Assignments 2nd Edition book. The book definitely helped. I had questions on who to assign what to, who to see first questions, a couple on infection precautions and some on breast cancer risks.
I used UWORLD. I was at a 60-65% during the course of it. I completed around 1000 questions. I passed NCLEX first time in 75 questions 3 weeks ago. Use it, it works!!! See my post above......LaCharity Prioritization, Delegation also helped immensely as there were many many many questions related to that kind of subject.
