I know, i need a lawyer but am I going to be able to get the h1.my employer don't have information on the subject. is the employer supposed to pay the attorney's fee. what should I do to speed up the process?please help

The employer is supposed to pay all fees and unless they are non capped nothing can't file anything until April and can not start work until Oct and you have had your visa approved and had your interview etc. There is really nothing that you can do to expediate the process. Even then there is no guarantee you will get H1b as the employer has to prove that they can not employ USC or PR

Hi everyone,
I am on H4 too and will be graduating this summer, the problem is I know many hospitals do not hire someone on H4, like they say they "don't sponsor" at the moment. Does anyone have an advice for me, as I have started looking for jobs, but I am not even sure how to approach the HR with this question. It is not worth applying if they do not hire foreigners like myself in the first place. Maybe someone has been in the same situation? I would appreciate any input! Thanks a lot!
You will need to ask them whether they will sponsor you for H1b and if you are graduating this summer you probably will not meet H1b requirements as it is a specialised visa. Not sure if you qualify for OPT but that may help you but needs to be applied for before you graduate. Probably worth talking to your International advisor but I do think you will have problems finding a job with the current US job situation with many US nurses especially new grads struggling to find work.
Also add a lot will depend where in the US you are living to what the job situation is like

It's not a fact of "many" hospitals not sponsoring H4 holders - they cannot. H4 holders are not permitted to work in any capacity in the US.
What category are you planning to adjust status to, or to have them hire you in?
