Hi,
Firstly to be eligible for H1-B visa you need a BSN. Secondly if you go to the USCIS website and do a search for H1-B visas for nurses you will find an article that provides a lot of information. I read it some days ago but I don't have the link, I found it while browsing.
The gist of it is that BSN nurses with specialist training/certification may be eligible. I think the issue of experience is dealt with on a case by case basis but obviously the more experience you have the better your chances.
Good luck.
