Guys, this is difficult.

Hey! So I just took the NCLEX this morning.

I had 75 questions. 30-something of the questions were Select All That Apply.

WHAT AM I GONNA DO. I feel like I bombed it. Many of the questions seemed the same to me, too.

Are these bad signs?

I guess I'll find out in 48 hours!

Please tell me your experiences because I'm darn nervous.

    That's exactly how I felt! SATAs were my weakness in school, and I felt like I couldn't really "prove" what I knew with it. I tried to critically think my way through it, though! We will see!

    A SATA question is merely an alternative-format question. They can be above passing standard or below it. Not sure why this myth keeps circulating that SATA questions= high level questions...??

    At any rate, here's the bottom line for those of you who get 75 questions only: you either did so well that the computer could determine your competency within the minimum number....OR....you did so poorly that the computer 'knew' that no matter how many questions it tossed out, you couldn't be considered competent at this time.

    Based on your academic history, clinical history, how you studied for the NCLEX....which scenario is more likely?

    Also keep in mind that the majority of test-takers who complete the test in 75 questions DO pass, making THAT result most likely.
