go to www.advanceweb.com it is called Autonomy in LTC it is a great article about LTC nurses. I have been in LTC for 4 years and just got out to go back to the hospital until I get my CRNP. I was manager my whole time in LTC and dont regret it a bit but the regulations are getting so CRAZY..makes it hard for you to do your job...
