Got Accepted!!!!!

Well today was a great day...went to the mailbox and received a letter from the community college stating that I have been accepted to start the ADN program this fall!!!!!! I was #11 on the list, and a girl i work with was #3 and got accepted earlier this summer. I'm totally excited, i almost cried. i had to contact the director of nursing about it 2 say if i wanted to do it or not. So things are set....just waiting on some paperwork or whatever, and i enroll next week and start the end of august!!!!!!!!!!! So i'll go from LPN to RN in 1 yr!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for you. I hope you maintain that enthusiasm throughout your career. Smiling faces do a lot for someone who is ill. Keep us posted as to how things go.
