I'm a new NP in an office with 2 other physicians, 4 MAs, 3 receptionists and the office manager. What is appropriate for gifts during the holidays? Should I give gifts to the 2 MAs who work with me? To the other physicians? To everyone in the office? I would love some input. Thanks!!

I'm in a clinic with one MD and 9 staff. It was pretty easy for us to do a white elephant exchange. Saved us all a lot of time, and it was fun.

We do a secret Santa between everyone. Nothing crazy. Most just give booze. I do things for the MAs and staff through the year. Like buy them lunch during MA or NP week. I was always impressed by how the CRNAs would throw a potluck for periop staff during their week that I took the idea.
