I am so ready to start back to school..I'm getting awfully bored :/ I'm even thinking this while on vacation at my in-laws. I am just so ready to finish the year and graduate this May.
Anyone else raring to go?

Get a Kaplan book or LaCharity Prioritization (or any other NCLEX prep!) to keep you busy and get you ready for Fall/NCLEX. Good luck!

I start my program in August, and needless to say I'm impatient! I'm still working full time, and of course we have summer reading assignments, but I've been waiting so long to get into a program that I'm just ready to start!
That's one of my problems; I do not have a job. I tried to get one but I have a two year old and the hubby works full time. Needless to say. my schedule is limited. I couldn't even get a call back from McDonald's I do have a Kaplan book I am going through actually. When I get home from Georgia, I will start going through my notes from last semester (I failed last semester by 1 percent...so I have to redo. I SHOULD be graduating in December but to dwell on that would just be stupid.) We did get a new book for this semester so I'll probably start reading. We do not getting our reading assignments until a week before

For me, it's my last semester and I'm making sure I'm taking care of myself :)
I'm doing extra yoga/running and other forms of exercise to keep my mind clear.
I'm doing menu planning/grocery lists for every week I'll be in school so I don't have to think about what to eat, what I need to buy, etc
Essentially, I'm preparing for the hell that will be my last semester by making the rest of my world as easy as possible

Me too! We have a four month summer break and I graduate in December. I have a study group that is meeting every three weeks to go over difficult topics, and I have been doing 100 NCLEX style questions every day to try not to forget everthing. Let's get this show on the road!!

I am entering my third semester on August 21st, and this has been the quickest summer of my life!! I am also taking one summer class though. Research. It is a piece of cake nursing class. GPA BOOSTER!! WHOO HOO, we all like those! I have done nothing but ENJOY every little bit of my summer, and it has been wonderful. Sometimes I wish someone would have called me back on my job applications, but obviously, it just was not meant for me to get one this summer. I will be 23 in September, and I completely agree with the statement of as you get older, time flies. I am ready to start back to get it over with, but not ready because I enjoy not thinking so much sometimes lol..
