hello friends,
I am here to say simple things and that is no future here for nursing. Not even for foreigner but all for americans. As we all
know that american student. As our economy is going from bad to worst , there is no reason to invest in this career , as hospitals dont want nurses. I am saying to all american graduates, please have a look around you and decide. We, as an
american , must understand that we must not go in to this proffesion, as no future is there.
decison is up to u dear friends

So, you're not an American- that I'm sure of.

For twelve years I have been lying to myself. Thanks to your well-written, eloquent appeal I did what I should have done years ago and told my employer to "take this job and shove it".
Yeah. Well.
Anyway, I'm not sure where you are coming from. It seems to me most reports indicate nursing to be nearly recession-proof. Sorry it didn't work out for you.

Can you explain why you feel this way? I'd tell ANYONE to go into nursing. As long as disease processes, cars, baby boombers, and any specific woman's uterus is around...NURSES WILL ALWAYZ HAVE A JOB!! :yeah:I hate that you feel this way. Maybe this field just isn't for YOU! Good luck with your endeavors.
There are many areas where there is a surplus of nurses, and many new grads are having trouble finding jobs. Nursing is certainly not "recession proof."
However, this is not what the OP is saying, and the post is so....oddly written.

the OP was a bit dramatic, but i would warn anyone considering the profession that it is getting harder for new graduates to find jobs......it is much harder now than it was even 5 years ago. Personally I think this is because so many people have gotten into the profession in recent years. Contrary to what you hear on the news, nursing programs HAVE dramatically increased their admission rates in the past 3-5 years. This is making for alot of competition for new grads to get acute care jobs.

Um, are we supposed to believe this was written by an American? lol I can see the thought process now.... Free passes to go to the USA for nursing jobs are getting scarce due to Americans becoming nurses... so if I discourage them maybe fewer will go to nursing school and I can get that trip to the states! Ummm... no.
hey hey hey i know lots of natural born Americans that speak wayyyyy worse English than the OP.
