People don't always use OTC meds as directed. Check the list of ingredients. Is it something like acetamenophen aand maybe something that works as a diuretic? If there was nothing else in the house and the guy had a headache, he might try it.

Or he might feel like a woman in a man's body.......

Info from Pamprin website:

Drug Facts Active ingredients (in each caplet)

Purpose

Acetaminophen 250 mg

Pain reliever

Magnesium salicylate 250 mg

Pain reliever

Pamabrom 25 mg

Diuretic

This is for Pamprin Cramp formula

The other 2: Pamprin All Day and Pamprin MultiSympton contain only Naproxyn (an NSAID--same as Aleve)

Uh..........don't you mean "pros-TATE"?

Prostate, not prostrate, right?

Haha tazzi, you beat me!

OK OK I Fixed it!! But it still is funny. No man I know would take this kind of medicine!!!

I actually gave a guy some midol when I was taking auto mechanics. He asked what it was and I told him. He asked if he would grow breasts!! I laughed out loud and told him no but he might have to shave his armpits. :D

He took it anyway. He had a headache.

In my younger days, I had a male friend who had a headache...All we had was Midol. We gave it to him and then 2 hours later staring acting like he was growing boobs- "OMG Ricky you are getting man boobs! Ooops, we gave him Midol, it must be causing the man boobs". It was pretty funny.

I read this post to my hubs and daughter and daughter's friend, and they all stared with "Say what?" expressions!

I like the Midol with ibuprofin, caffeine, and a diuretic in it...even if it's just a headache and not period-related! Thay way, headache goes away, i'm alert, and feel a bit skinnier!
