FSW spring 2017

Anybody applying for the nursing program at FSW for the spring in 2017? I plan to take my TEAS sometime August or September, does anyone know what the passing score is? And have you finished all your prerequisites and general ed? The only prereqs I have left to do is A&P2, nutrition, and micro. But still have all the general eds left to do. But you don't have to have all the general eds finished before applying right? Sorry, I'm new at this.

I can't wait!!!!! :woot: I'll post as soon as I get it! We should also post with how many points we applied with, TEAS score, GPA, and # of pre-reqs in case future applicants read our thread :)

Ughh I can't wait to find out!!! I wish we could know the actual number of how many applied! But regardless its still encouraging to know its less than 300 lol. So what do you guys think about this whole interview part? I know the interview takes place after the drug test so do you guys think the interview is more of a formality? I would hope if you are chosen for an interview they have a spot waiting lol.

I hope just a formality:cat: , however, it mentions something like 'writing and verbal skills??

I applied with 63 points

Gpa- 3.37

Tease- 77.2

All 9 courses completed

Good luck everyone!

Agreed!!! Make it easier for them to find, when they're spending hours obsessing like we are. ;)

Im very curious about this, too! Maybe they just use it if there are a lot of close applicants as far as points go. Like if there were 2 people with 70 points tied for a seat.

Wow! I went with lee 1st, port charlotte 2nd, and naples 3rd.

Hopefully we find out today!!! I'm dying to receive that e-mail! :woot:

From looking at other semester boards, they send them out on Fridays later in the afternoon. I assume it is to reduce call volume. you know, Give us the weekend to "freak out" and get all our questions together. Hopefully this is not the case this year and we find out in the next day or so. :)

That's good to know! I actually e-mailed Wendy this morning to see if I could get an idea when this weekd and all I got was that we should know before the 4 weeks and to keep checking my email once a day. Maybe we'll find out Friday but hopefully sooner than that
