FSW Fall 2015

Florida Southwestern State College formerly Edison State College. I started thread for FSW but it is full with spring applicants. So I decided to start a new one for this upcoming fall.

Who is joining me next fall in nursing?

I plan to apply for Part-time or Lee full time. I have one more semester of pre-requisites. I am taking A&P 1, Micro, College Algebra and Nutrition. Kill me now. :arghh: lol A full time semester of craziness but almost done after that hopefully with pre-requisites with the exemption of A&P 2 and a humanities class.

I plan to take the Hesi in mid Feb or march and retake if needed at the end of April. Schedule has been posted and I plan to study a lot this winter break. So excited but so nervous.

    Is there some sort of document giving all the information about all the nursing classes and their corresponding books etc?

    I want to buy the Saunder's NCLEX book as soon as I make it to a book store. I can't wait for August, but I'm sure I'll be singing a different toon by Midterms lol

    Speaking of the NCLEX book, which one is best the purple or yellow. Many people are saying yellow, but the purple on Amazon has gotten amazing review.

    I have also heard mixed reviews, but when it comes to Saunder's I'm getting the purple. If not that one then Mosby's.

    Ah! I found it. So yes under my administrator's placement remarks! Woo hoo, now hopefully it wont take 1-2 weeks to send us that email! Glad she told me that though, i wouldve been on this thing all day checking it.

    I found a Nursing Student handbook revised in 2014... it's pretty much the same except for a few things like the name change..some wording
