hello all! i have completed my application and phone interview and am awaiting to hear if i got in class #65 frontier bound in feb. is anyone out there already accepted or awaiting to hear?? i am getting more nervous as each day comes and no email. on the website it says they will contact you within 7 days from the review completed date which would be dec. 8th, but in my email from them it states "applications are considered on a first-come, first serve basis, all else being equal. applicant files are reviewed on an on-going basis, so as soon as your file is complete it will be reviewed and you will be notified of the committee's decision." should i call or just wait it out?? anyone have any info??

thanks

You have to wait it out. I know, it sucks to have to wait.......but be patient! I found out via email on the day that they said we would find out (Oct 1st).

PS - I'm in class 64 - going to Bound on Dec 1st!

I've applied for the class of 66 and I was told they would be reviewing applications for my class that first week of Dec and I should have an answer by Dec. 15th. She told me to wait until after Dec. 15th to contact them. When it's all said and done I will have applied and interviewed well over 2 months before I know anything, so I understand the waiting game makes a person crazy :)

Hope that helps!!!

In my experience (and from what I have heard from others), it takes a bit longer to hear than they estimate sometimes. I initally applied for Class 61 (but deferred to start with Class 64) and waited several months for word. I thought I didn't get in and started making other plans, and then one day an email popped up "out of the blue" congratulating me on my admission to FSMFN. So, try (I know it's tough) to be patient and don't think the worst if it takes awhile to hear back...congratulations and best wishes!

if it has been awhile 4 weeks or so i'd call to make sure all the pieces to your application are in. i called after a month or so and was told my references were missing...so had to resubmit. still waiting.

I also applied to class 65 and haven't heard yet. I've been accepted to University of Cincinnati but am waiting to hear from Frontier. Anyone else applying to both schools and have any thoughts on them?

I got an email yesterday saying with the holidays last week and a new FB class this week that everyone in the class of 65/66 should know by the end of next week (Dec. 12th) about their acceptance.

Hope that helps!!!

YEAH!!!!!! I AM IN!!! I got a Welcome email that I have been accepted and have completed a lot of paperwork/online forms today. I am sooooooooo excited!!! I have a friend here that applied for the bridge program at the same time and she was told during her interview that the bridge program was full and she would be on a waiting list. I am so hoping enough will defer so she and I can experience Frontier Boudn together. Although I do know she will go in June if not with me and still have a wonderful time. I am now nervous-need to organize my life fast. They told me today that even though we go Frontier Bound in February, that our classes don't start until April 6th. CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!
