Good Morning, because it actually still is morning!

Today we will reach 79 degrees, with a 51% chance of rain this afternoon.

Turned my light off at 2 AM, woke up for a 1/2 hour at 6 AM. Back to sleep and got up at 10:45 AM. Lots of dreams involving work at a hospital. Lots of people in the dream, too. Glad to be retired. ?

Still have to do the !%%&*# @&^ dishes in the sink, still, so I guess that will be a priority in a while. Have to empty the dehumidifier; don't know if the towels in that  corner of the den are wet or not, but will find out shortly.

Still have a lovely quiet hour before I get Nannie up. Nothing crucial to run out on errands for, thank goodness. Won $2 on a $2 scratch-off ticket....w00t! I won't spend it all in one place. Or maybe I will just get another $2 scratch-off ticket instead of taking the huge amount of cash!

Sure hope Nannie is in a decent mood today, and that the day is uneventful.  Not sure if or when SiL will come by. Getting low on the underpads and BOOST, so I hope it will be today or tomorrow she brings those to us.

I GOT ALL THE DISHES WASHED!!!? YAYYYYY!!!

Hooray for getting all the dishes washed!

The new microwave arrived yesterday and Hubs installed it. It has fewer bells and whistles than the previous one, but maybe that means fewer things to go wrong. Then last night, I noticed parts  lying in the bottom of the dishwasher. This has happened before; somehow they come loose. Hubs replaced them this morning so I'll cross my fingers that there isn't a new dishwasher to pay for soon.

Binx sprayed the side of my bed again this morning. It has been awhile since he did that, so I think the pheromone diffuser was making a difference. For some reason Hubs unplugged it at some point. I think I will get another one and have one in the dining room and one in our bedroom. That should cover the areas he is most likely to spray. And then I have to convince Hubs to LEAVE THEM ALONE. Binx also likes to pee on Hubs' shoes. 

Hullo. Nice day, tho a little windy. I was outside, but dh was mowing so I came inside to escape the noise. then he came and turned on the tv while I was watching something on my computer. Now he is asleep in front of the tv. sigh. I need to move laundry from washer to dryer, and try to come up with something for dinner. blergh. 

Dogs have gotten out of the fence multiple times today, each time because someone has left a gate unlatched. Luckily the little boy next door, who is about 3, sees them, tells his mom and she calls or texts me. Gah. We live on a busy street and they seem drawn to stand in it. 

dh made his cake, all he wanted me to do was wash and slice strawberries, and then mix up jello and pour over the cake, so that wasn't too bad. He made hard boiled eggs this morning, and left them boiling for 30 minutes. The water was half gone. At least it didn't go dry and the eggs did not explode. He's done that twice in the past. 

Good evening.  

All is well.  Sister is isolated in her room.  We went out to eat and was still talking abouther daughter and the estrangement like has for over a year now.  I wish she could be comforted and find some peace.

Was thinking about leaving earlier but will stay tonight and leave tomorrow.  Will do it all on one day again.  ugh

My overtime was canceled on Monday.  I ain't mad.

Hope Nannie is behaving.
