  1. rn-08-np10-tobe:wshgrt: hey there girl!! you sounded just like me when i went in to take the test! such a positive and confident woman you are! that's awsome!!!! i took the test this past tuesday and found out friday that i passed! passed with 75 questions!!! girl you are going to win this, watch!!!! go in there, and make sure you say a prayer before touching the keyboard. also i told hypoxic (posting above me) to write your name on the board and rn next to it! that kept me focused and brought a smile to my face!!! alright girl! take a deep breath when going in, head up high and get it over with!!! :tinkbll: lot of wishes for you!!! :hgu: nursegreeneyes rn :hgu:
  2. hypoxic! good morning! :weathersunsmall: took 3 days to get the results. so, don't bother in checking the next day because the results wont be there. trust me, i was a crazy mad woman checking everyday and every hour hoping to see my name on the brn website....yeah call me crazy! the brn website updates everyday in the morning. someone in this forum told me it updates daily at 3am. so your taking your boards tomorrow, so check on thursday morning and i know you will see your name!! best of luck man!!! i'll be checking on how it went!!! :typing nursegreeneyes rn
  3. Cool, your taking the test on Monday! That's awsome! The sooner the better!!! Yeah! you will do fine! Kaplan helped me a lot! Sunday, don't do any intensive studying. Don't over do it! Relax, take a break! On Monday, make sure you feed your brain before going in! Say a prayer when you sit at the computer. On the board that they will provide, write your name on top with RN beside it! Just to keep you focused!!! Remember: After you are done with the test......DO NOT GO BACK TO THE BOOK AND LOOK UP STUFF!!!! BEST OF LUCK! I KNOW YOU WILL DO FINE!!!! Let me know how it went ok!!! :heartbeat NurseGreeneyes RN :heartbeat
  4. alise04 hey there girl! it's nursegreeneyes rn how you doing so far? just reading some postings and found out or actually read that you were in the hospital? that really sucks! i hope you are feeling better and everything is ok!!! hey? don't feel bad about rescheduling the date! it's alright! i know you are going to pass and do fine!! you have been very positive and i know that god will guide you thru this exam. i have no doubt in my mind about this! your heart is so big and full of life and that is all you need to pass this. i know and i can tell that you have a lot of faith. your words and expressions says it all!!! i have this vibe you are going to do fine on the boards. just keep practicing those questions and read those rationales. kaplan strategies will help you a lot thru out the nclex. stay in touch my dear! :heartbeat nursegreeneyesrn :heartbeat
  5. Yey!!!!! Welcome to the club Amigo (friend)!!!!! Welcome to the new RN club!!!!! Woo-hoo! I as well passed with 75 questions! Got my results on Friday!!! Isn't this such a cool, awsome feeling of SUCCESS!!!! :bdyhdclp: Congrats tm093726 :icon_hug: :heartbeat NurseGreeneyes RN :heartbeat
  6. 75 Questions is good!!! I just took my RN boards this past Tuesday June 22 and got my results Friday that I passed! I also had 75 questions! Just because you didn't get SATA doesn't mean nothing at all. You just had a test with no SATA. A lot of my classmates including myself all had 75 questions and have passed. If you see here in the forum a majority of people have passed with 75. Best of luck and watch you will see that all that stressing was for nothing!!! Best wishes!! :heartbeat NurseGreeneyes RN :heartbeat
  7. [color=mediumturquoise]butterflybee:flwrhrts: hey there! seems like you are under a cloud lately! :urgycld: i really hope everything works out for you! i just hope and wish that you don't give up on your dream of being successful! it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to accomplish this but remember in order to do this you must have the heart and the desire to keep going. even thou you have to push yourself. i see this as a journey. you learn from your bad experiences and you learn from the good ones. but the bad experiences is where you learn the most because those are the ones you never forget. just try to be positive and have faith. keep praying for faith to be stronger and stronger everyday. it takes a huge big attitude to be positive! if you have this attitude and this type of character within your heart..........you will do this! it has to come within deep, deep down in your heart. you have to say it out out loud coming from your heart.........yes! i want to do this! i want to be that successful nurse! i will do this! so please don't loose that faith in yourself. you may feel tired of this studying but if you keep pushing yourself that long journey will be over soon and you will see that rainbow, pot of gold or that sun coming out of the clouds! i wish you sincerely the best of luck with your studies! :redbeathe [color=olive]nursegreeneyes rn :redbeathe
  8. hey there hypoxic....(not sure what to think about your name??? i just hope you don't get that way at the center when you take your boards!) all i can say on your scores on your trainers is.............:urck: those are really great scores! what is your overall percentage in qbank questions? have you done more than 1000 questions in the qbank? and one more question are you feeling confident and positive about this? can you tell yourself !yes, im going to pass this? if you can.....dude you are ready!!! i think you are ready to pass! those are great percentages on your trainers. on the last 2 trainers you have to score above what 65%? something like that? i took kaplan and studied my butt off for a whole month! took the rn boards on tuesday....stopped at 75 questions. they were hard, and challenging not going to lie to you! but i did it!!! if it makes you feel any better......i can tell you that for sure that kaplan questions and style are very much like the rn boards. i wish you so, so much luck! i know you will do this!!! just keep positive and have lots an tons of faith in yourself!!!! :heartbeat nursegreeneyes rn :heartbeat :prdnrs:
  9. hey! jim_wings now that you took the test, there's no point of going over and over in your head. just be glad that is done and over with. yes, the waiting period can drive anyone crazy! but it is really hard to predict! nclex is very unpredictable......it can ask you anything either it's easy or hard!! just try to stay positive and above all don't loose that faith in yourself. try to keep focus on today and not about yesterday. you are going to drive yourself insame thinking over and over the questions you thought wrong! the last best advise i can give is.....do not, and i seriously mean do not go thru that book and look up the topics!!!!!! i wish you the best of luck and i will sincerely hope you passed!!! just hang in there and focus on today & not yesterday. :redpinkhe nursegreeneyes rn :redpinkhe :igtsyt: =====>:lvan:
  10. hey:typing i took the rn boards on tuesday june 22nd and i just found yesterday friday that i successfully passed! i also had 75 questions and yes they were very hard and challenging to me. i was having the same, same feelings you were having! after reading your posting...........i know in my heart you passed! i know you did!!! all i have to say to you is: dont loose the faith in yourself! continue staying positive.......and keep thanking our heavenly father for all your blessings!!!! im sure you did great!!!! :redbeathe nursegreeneyes rn :redbeathe :lvan:
  11. hey wanttopass: hey, don't worry about it! now that you took the nclex, you now know what it is like and have a familiar idea what kind of questions they ask. so now what you need to do is start all over again! yes, it is very discouraging of not passing.......but it's not the end of the world! you got to keep your chin up and re-focus again! you need to write down: 0. how did feel going into the center? were you feeling confident? did you have faith?? 1. what are your weaknesses? 2. how were you studying? were you studying in a organized way? did you make flashcards? flashcards helped me a lot! 2. did you see a pattern in the nclex of what kind of questions you think they were repeating? 3. think of doing a study prep program. 4. if your able to afford it try to do kaplan. kaplan did help me a lot!!! they teach you strategies on how to prepare for the rn nclex boards. they will teach how to read the question and read what exactly they are asking. the strategies did help me a lot! 5. if you are tight on money then do suzannes plan like silverdragon102 recommends. wanttopass....do not give up!!! just study again and retake it! your lucky that you can take it again! imagine if you had to repeat clinicals or repeat lectures? you can do this!!! i know you can! this is all possible!! so you have what? 45 days to retake it again? don't loose faith in yourself! having faith and being positive will help you accomplish this!!! let me know if you need any help in studying! [color=deepskyblue]you can do this!!! dont give up!!!! [color=lime]nursegreeneyesrn :prdnrs:
  12. :pntrghi: suarjo:pntlft: alright! that's awsome! 265 questions? wow! but you did it! you beat the odds! now for sure, it's time to celebrate!!!! wooo-hoo! hugs! nursegreeneyes rn..........i too passed! just found out on friday morning!!!! isn't success an awsome feeling!!!!!! :clpty: :igtsyt: ------> :prdnrs:

  14. ok! so i took the boards on tuesday in california! if some may not know, i stopped at 75 questions. they were the hardest 75 questions i have ever done. some were ok and then they were hard. a lot of sata, a lot of critical thinking, a lot of who you are going to see 1st. a lot of nurse floating to peds, l/d, mental health. had 4 math questions. 1 question to put in order. and meds...!oh mama mia....a lot of meds! had a few i didn't hear or read about in my kaplan book! yes! it was tuff! so now that day 2 for me is almost over, im hoping and crossing my fingers and praying to my heavenly father to see my name on the brn website tommorrow. i know it takes about 3 to 5 days (from what my classmates told me).....but doesn't hurt to check, since the website is update only once. i was feeling ok after the test and yesterday. i was just glad i got it over with! kept busy all day and not thinking about it! but for some wierd, :uhoh3:crazy, wacky reason......it's hitting me! im usually calm (sometimes) but i have kept myself from letting my feelings get in the way. i'm a very, very emotional person. i've been having that faith in me keep going, but sometimes you start to loose it! but im going to try again and before i go to bed pray and tell god to please not let me loose that faith. i have to patient and have faith.........must be patient and have faith........patient and faith!!! ok, i think im feeling a little better now after letting my worries out! ok! off to bed! remember all my allnurses.com buddies: say a prayer tonight!!!! [color=deepskyblue]dont loose that faith in you! always keep that confidence and stay positive! if you keep that faith in yourself and you [color=deepskyblue]believe in yourself.........you will do it! it is possible!!! god bless! and check with you tommorrow! nite, :heartbeat nursegreeneyes :heartbeat
  15. big congrats to you! you did it!!! yeyyyyy!!!!! that's sooooooooo awsome!!! :heartbeat nursegreeneyes :heartbeat
