does anyone in here know or have the format to create drug cards? i need help with the format. Can't seem to get it even after many attempts on my Windown xp microsoft word program. Please forward me a template or format if you have one, or show me how... THanks for all help.

for all the hassle - just buy them! They make whole decks with every drug you can imagine. You just pull out the ones you need to study and use them. By the time you type em and format am print em (ink is $$$) you have wasted valuable study time. You can always write on the store bought cards.

Kal, did you try going to "page setup" under "file", then to "paper size" and selecting 4X6 card?? Make sure to change the margins to maybe .5" because the default margin is 1" and that'll take up most of your card.
My program uses Medication Information Sheets printed on standard size paper, so I'm not used to printing out cards. Maybe somebody more helpful will come along soon
edited to add: once you have a card set up the way you want it, save it as a template. Then after you fill one out, go to "file" and "save as" to save the individual card.
thanks for all the responses...i wish i can be allow to go buy the cards instead of making them. Actually i have the davis's drug guide, so all infos is there...but the teacher wouldn't let us just print them out. Thanks though!
Truesn,
Thanks for the suggestion, i will try it like u said.
Kal, believe it or not, you retain more of the information if you write it out instead of just printing from a program.
So...basically you're just printing out formatted cards that you'll write on??

Are you required to make drug or buy drug cards? I am very glad I did not have to waste my time and money on things like. we researched them the same but is seems like a waste.
I do agree with one of the other posts if you write it down/read it you will learn it better than printing it.
