First Assignment

Going to St Thomas, USVI middle of August for my first travel job. I will be working in the OR. I've read this board for about 3 years and have devoured the information from many, many travelers. Thanks to all. I'll keep you posted. Using Trustaff because they are exclusive contract company for St Thomas as of August. I preferred NovaPro but can no longer choose them to represent me.

I'll keep in touch. Very excited.

    Nothing like setting the bar really high for any subsequent travel you might undertake. Sheesh!

    I'm also in the OR and would love to travel to St. Thomas. Let us know how it goes. Do they require scrub and circulate? I only circulate.

    Head nurse told me should would only expect me to circulate. I scrub and that would be a bonus, but not needed often. BTW they use a lot of travelers.
