Finger Prints

i had to get fingerprinted for nursing school, so i went to my county sheriff's office and they did it electronically and printed of a form with my fingerprints on it. i then mailed that form off to the fbi because that's what i did last time, but i did it manually last time. did i mail off the form that i was supposed to give to my nursing school to the fbi?

    You need to check with your school. For school they had to submit everything. I've never heard of mailing your own fingerprints to the FBI. For my nursing license and other background checks, like for scouting, a vendor did live scan digital prints and submitted them electronically to the state BI and FBI. The agency just sent us the form & registration materials for us to register and pay for the services.
