finals week rant

I have sooo much work to do, I'll be finished with the semester on the 24th, and I can't seem to make myself buckle down and do it. Instead I've been spending my time researching schools, researching different specialties, wondering if I'm making the right choices, etc. I keep telling myself that I can't do anything until I finish the classes I have right now!! I need to be doing less big picture and more little picture! ;)

Don't feel bad... I have been doing the SAME thing and I have a way to go before I am done with my perquisites. Focus on RIGHT NOW and just take one day at a time. If you get too distracted with the "big picture" you will miss things that are very important in the "little picture", which is the right here, and right now! :) It's good to plan for the future and it's also essential BUT finals will be over shortly and then you can do further research, etc., so that you can make informed decisions when the time comes. Make NOW your priority and LATER secondary. That is what I am doing. I'm getting together the deadlines for start dates into the nursing programs that I plan to apply to and making sure my credits will be transferable; but that is it for now. Finals are toooooo important to just do mediocre on as nursing schools are so incredibly competitive these days! Good luck to you!!! :)

OMG ditto! It took me three days to write a 3 page paper! thats how much motivation I am lacking right now. I still have four finals and a research paper to do...ugh

Case study due tomorrow...also a paper due tomorrow.

Two finals (micro and AP2) on wednesday

Research paper due on thursday

and finally Math and English finals on friday!
