Finally applied and was accepted

I started the distance RN/BSN Program through UWYO a couple of years ago and procrastinated about taking college algebra and statistics as these were pre-reqs. I finally took the algebra and am enrolled in statistics through their correspondence classes. I just found out that I don't have to have the pre-reqs completed before enrolling the the RN/BSN Program. I applied and am happy to say that I was accepted! Hopefully I will be able to complete this Program in the near future.

Way to go!! I procrastinated a long time too, so don't feel like the lone ranger there.

Good luck to you. I finished Stats this summer, while it was boring and time consuming, it wasn't hard and I made an A. Good luck to you.

Good for you! I've been doing the same thing for the last year. I guess I need to light a fire under myself!!!

hi guys! i am in my first semester at uwyo and enjoying. the first nursing class is very informative about how online learning works and the resources out there to help u. still awaiting my advisor to completely go over my transcripts to see what all i need. unfortunately i found out that i have to take the first 2 basic english classes. i took the AP test in high school and passed it, went to about 3 different schools and earned 2 assoc degrees and a certificate with those scores giving me 2 eng credits...but uwyo says they are to low for their college. so one thing i thought i had out of the way now i have to go attack...but hey, at least they took my stat! good luck to everyone and congrats on taking that step!:p
