I would assess why it is you have failed that class twice. Granted pharm is hard, and people have failed it once, but if you fail it twice in a row there is something you aren't grasping. Try other colleges and apply to your school's LPN program. See what pans out. I wouldn't give up already.

I didnt failed that class twice. It's first time taking it. It affect my academic when I get into the probation because the nurse in my clinical rotation is teaching me how to inject SQ and let me do it without my clinical instructor. My clinical instructor found that I injected a patient without her supervision. But my first half of the sem I'm getting good grade like B until I got into the probation.

So...did you fail ones of the classes because you violated your instructor's policy on what you can/can't do without their supervision? Or was it your grades? What about the other class, why did you fail it? I just finished my first semester, and the only things my instructor was okay with me doing without her were vitals and bed baths. However, she made that very clear, and maybe not all instructors do. But there should be a nursing handbook for your school or something that outlines what you can/can't do at your clinical facility with or without an instructor.

As far as your academics are concerned, I would evaluate what you did wrong and how you studied and how to change it. Maybe talk to some of your peers. There are plenty of suggestions for studying techniques online. One of the worst things you can do in nursing school is blame other people for your mistakes. I heard countless students say the question was worded improperly when they really just did not know the information, and they couldn't answer it correctly if it were worded a different way. See your program's rules (handbook?) regarding re-entry and stuff like that, talk to your program. That's what they are there for. It's impossible for any of us to tell you what your options are; that's your responsibility.
