this wait is KILLING ME!!! they said two-three weeks before letters would be sent out. im hoping they were over estimating. i wish they would just send out a rejection letter if thats what its going to be! they have to know right away if youre out right????

bkennedy...I wouldn't worry about the essay length either. I'm not saying it should have been 6 pages. It just needed to be at least 350 words, so you should be good. I tend to over to things at times. Its really a weakness of mine....stresses me out :)

laurabs24, it's killing me too!! I emailed them and they said letters will be sent by 4/15 and we should received them by the next week. I asked specifically if it would be US Postal or email. Answer: US Postal.....seriously in this day and age??? Lol

Just got my acceptance to USA's FNP program!!!

Anybody heard from UAB's FNP program? I know they said they make decisions 30 days after the deadline but is there an exact date as to when we get letters?

this wait is KILLING me!!!!! i have no clue how many people they interviewed, but now im starting to think it was a lot if its taking 3 weeks for a decision. and the more time that passes, the more i pick apart my app and interview and feeling like it sucked and i wont get in. im going to be crazy by the time letters are sent!!!!! this is horrible!!!!! how long has everyone been waiting (or waited if you already got a letter)?????

would it be super inappropriate to contact the SON admin assistant to see when they anticipate sending letters? i would just like to have an idea so that i dont almost vomit every time i check the mail. UGH!!!!

I know wut u mean! I applied to the FNP program for fall 2012 & check the status of my application electronically several times a day! Its becoming an obsession, I'm just so nervous!!!

So, you were called for an interview? Is this normal for everyone because I have not had an interview or even been contacted about one. Uh oh, starting to get scared. : (

I did not interview either, nor did my 3 friends who were accepted this spring. I do know what you mean. I am a nervous wreck. I am OCD about checking the online site, also.
