Failed a validation today

I failed my pulse validation today. So yeah, I'm feeling like a bit of a moron right now.

I practiced all day yesterday on DH and got consistent results each time. Today at school I practiced with a few classmates at the same time and our numbers were also consistent with each other. I don't know what happened during validation though. The person I got paired up with was really nervous and his pulse was super fast. I ended up being off by 10 (I got 118, instructor got 128)

I'm just bummed and needed to get it out.

Don't feel down, the instructor could have made the error also. Did ur instructor allow you to re-do it? That's not bad, now if you were 20 or more off than I can see it. See if you can re-take the validation.

wow thats crazy are you in a 2yr adn program...we have been goin to clinicals since the middle of sept they just threw us in there...it was crazy...but we are use to it now!
