Hi everyone! I took the exam last week and I failed. I was hoping somebody could help me with some questions regarding retaking NCLEX ASAP.
1.) What's the first step?
Call the state board of nursing or just re-register again on Pearson Vue?
2.) How long before I receive my Candidate Performance Report?

Depending on BON/BRN you will have to wait either 45 or 90 days before you can resit the exam. BON may require some fees and you will have to pay pearsonvue again. You should get your report soon and in that should be the information regarding re sitting the exam
Best of luck for the next time but would suggest you don't rush to resit the exam but make sure you study appropriately

i also found out last week that i did not pass. i took the exam on monday, got quickresults on wednesday, called the bon and pearson on thursday, had my new att & scheduled my exam all on thursday.
my steps were....i had to pay another $200 to pearson, then call my bon to let them know i paid the $200. then i called pearson and they said my att would be emailed within 48 hours. well, i received my att within 20 minutes. i logged back on to pearson and scheduled my exam. good luck and let us know how you make out.
