Practice practice practice :)

I don't think I felt ready for it until after I graduated, I took the ATI and did good.

You could buy a NCLEX-PN book and do practice questions with each system.

Thanks For Ur Replies.... Greatly appreciated... Practice makes perfect thats for sure...

I will most definatetly buy N-CLEX book.... Do u suggest any???

I would focus on finishinig the program first...it takes anywhere from 6-8 weeks for the boards to get your paperwork and then you have to wait until they send you the dates available to test. Once you graduate, then start to worry and study for the NCLEX! You have enough on your plate right now. Relax and breathe! :twocents:

Seriously... Im just scared because we have some horrible instructors... Wish I would have gone to a different skool... :crying2:

A friend of mine who just graduated had the same problem. She was afraid of passing the NCLEX due to the instruction she had while in school. She focused on finishing the program, studied her butt off for the NCLEX and passed with flying colors!

All I am saying is focus on the now...finishing the program. Regardless of how your instructors teach has no reflection on whether you pass the NCLEX! Study for the exam and you will be fine. As I stated in my previous posting I was just adding my two :twocents:. What you do with the advice on these boards is up to you. Sorry if I offended you in anyway.

Not at all.... I take all advise in consideration... N its true should focus on what I am doing Now... Then focus on the rest when the time comes... Greatly appreciate all feedback!!! No offense taken! :D

I bet you know more than you are giving yourself credit for. One good way to study is to draw a circle and place inside the name of the topic you are studying. Then put out lines from that circle and draw circles at the end of the lines. In those circles place related information. For instance for Diabetes a related topic might be hyperglycemia, or types of insulin. It will give you a quick picture of what you need to know. I bet you will find that it is a help to do it like that. Good Luck, and don't let fear get the better of you.
