Experienced Nurse training program into specialty?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if there are experienced nurse training programs into specialties in Las Vegas? I see a lot of new grad training programs advertised, but nothing for experienced nurses. I have 7 years of telemetry/step down experience and I want to explore critical care/pediatrics. Thank you for your help!

There are programs like that for entry into critical care for experienced nurses. The one I’m familiar with is a few months long and consists of clinical and classroom time, both.
Try the Valley Health System. Particularly Spring Valley Hospital. The program may not be listed on their job website but it is required of floor nurses entering critical care and will be provided to new hires.
