Exit Hesi

I am very nervous about the Hesi. I did the end of chapter tests in Saunders 3rd and I have been going over the chapters that I had a hard time with again. Does anyone have any other way to get ready for the Hesi? If I do not get 900 I have to take it again.

Thanks

There is a 4th edition that is out, would recommend that as you are going to need it to prepare for the actual NCLEX exam. It has the newer format questions that you do not see on the 3rd edition.

i thought they were pretty similar (HESI and NCLEX) but HESI had a lot of delegation questions on it. seemed like half the test

but thats just the lvn-idk about RN

I did like 1000 saunder questions and quit because the HESI questions are not the same. I passed HESI first time by getting the HESI question bank online (evolve website) and doing the HESI casestudies on the evolve website that were provided by our school. Evolve bought out HESI. I also used the CD provided in the HESI RN NCLEX review book. The questions are tricky and you will score worse than on saunder's but that is how the HESI questions are worded. Good luck.
