Endorsed License MD

I have reached out to my board of nursing and was giving instructions on how to apply for endorsement. They are requiring the school to complete a questionnaire. However , the school is unwilling to complete the form. I am not sure what actions I can take at this point.

    My guess is that this is related to the ongoing investigations of many FL schools, which has led to some states heavily scrutinizing any school from FL. The fact that the school doesn't want to complete the questionnaire is a bit of a yellow flag.

    You can try contacting Florida's Commission for Independent Education for assistance in getting nursing school to complete Maryland endorsement questionaire required to obtain MD license.
