So I joined, registered, PAID online like 2 months ago to join ENA. to this day I cannot access any of the FREE ( for members) CE's, functionality not solid, have not received my Journal, have emailed them at least twice (trying to be patient), NO RELPY, They were, however, able to take my membership fee immediately through use of my card...anyone else have trouble with getting some reasonable response time from these dear folks?? I am just starting to wonder what could have gone wrong? Was I maybe duped through some rogue site?? Idk...I admit, when I PAY for something I expect functionality and involvement immediately...with the same urgency as the $$ transaction. Not sure what else to do....:-(

A phone call may help provide some insight. I called once and they were very helpful.

I received a membership to ENA for Christmas and just got my first issue of JEN today...so it might take a while but it comes eventually!

The Journal is only a quarterly publication, so you might not see it for a while. Agree with the above suggestion to call if you are having problems with the website.

Altra is right....and please call they are very helpful....maybe you need to use a different engine or clear you cache.
