El Centro Fall 2011 program

Hey there... I am waiting on my acceptance letter for El Centro's ADN program for Fall 2011. I was just curious what points some of the other students that applied for the program had and if everyone had everything in their packet that was required!

    I am getting my application ready to try again for the Spring 2012 ADN program. I have redone my HESI and finished all support courses. I have a total of 17 points this time applying. I hope I make it in for spring. It will be my second time to apply...:w00t:

    Hi, does anyone know the turn around time for the L1 fingerprinting and the Board of Nursing returning the blue card? I was out of town all summer and waited until Aug 5th to do the fingerprinting. I'm hoping I can get the card back by Friday. How long did it take for those of you that have received the card back already?

    It took me around a week..I had my appointment on a Tuesday and I received it the following Wednesday. Hope this helps.:D

    thank you Pedi20! I wonder what the delay is then... I fingerprinted on August 5, and here we are on the 15th. I better make some follow up calls somewhere....somewhere being the Board of Nursing?? - I think. Oh well, I'll figure it out.

    FutureNurs, where did you get yours done? I went to the one off of RL Thortnon. I called the Board of Nursing and they said they mailed it back on Friday. So I'm hoping it's in my mailbox today.

    Beamom, I had 16 solid points, but may have had 17 or 18 if they considered my short stint working in a Hospital.

    I just called Kanora Jackson. She told me to send the other stuff in with a note saying that I have not received the card yet from the BON! call her quick! I called the nursing Admissions office and used her extension to reach her. she is in there NOW.
