Congrats Brenda A. icme2, I took the HESI 5 times to get the scores I wanted. The grammar part got me everytime. But I finally got on the last time. Now we all embark on a new adventure. Nursing school. I am so ready. I think I want to work in the OR room. I work at presby dallas and spend a lot of time in the OR. I have been offered the opportunity to sit in on a case or two when I get the time to do so. That might seal the deal or break it for me.

From what the director of the program told me is that the HESI scores are very important. Because a person with a 2.5 gpa can ace the HESI thats 12 points all ready. All support courses done is 5 more points to make 17. That is a good chance of getting in with 17. Congrats to everyone. Even if you didnt make it. Dont give up.. Keep trying. This was my second time around.

Thats awesome kris77. Im glad u made it. I had 14 points last application period and did not make it. I was a little nervous for you. Congrats!!!!! Is you orientation at El Centro or Northlake??

Im not sure how the campus choices are made. They put 60 students at each school for a total of 120 students per semester. You might be able to see if you can switch.

My mailman just went down the other side of the street. He is usually back in about 45 minutes. Im soooooo nervous.
