Egg and Liver

My new husband eats 2 eggs everyday. I was telling him that too much egg is not safe for your liver. He can't believe me. Is there any scientific reason behind it that I can explain it to him? Infact he thinks because I am a nurse, I am so protective about him. Please help me :(

Never mind the liver, it's the cholesterol!!!

I don't know about the liver, but the cholesterol can cause cardiovascuar problems.

first you need to determine what his cholestral is

this will determine if you need to adjust diet or not

Eggs won't hurt you nor increase your cholesterol as long as you get adequate excercise! If your hubby is a couch potato on the other hand, 2 eggs daily is not such a good idea.

PPl in the "old days" used to eat what they call a "settin' of eggs" everyday, and they were FINE... because they chased cattle up and down hills all day, plowed, farmed, etc.

Inactivity is the real cholesterol issue/problem IMHO. :)

Have your ever heard that a prophet is not honored in their own country Well reality is he may feel your pickin on him Why not make him a omellet half egg half eggbeaters with some hash browns and wean him Some men listen some men dont Ask nurses who have husbands that have being non compliant make breakfast a adventure not a chore More power to ya hang in there I just love newlyweds.
