Simple things to remember about rhythms:
#1 If they beat regular (if not, it could be afib or sinus arrhythmia).
#2 Do you see anything extremely wide, depressed, upside down, or elavated?
#3 Do you see a pattern ( a PVC every other regular beat, etc)?
#4 Is the P wave too far from the QRS (small mountain next to big mountain)?
#5 Multiple small moutains (P waves as in blockages or flutters)
#6 Is your Telemetry Tech freaking out?
