From what agencies do you come from? I'm a bit torn to choose (without being boastful) from the offers given and would really love to have some feedback from the agencies that you are affiliated with (just in case it's one of those that gave a job offer to me). It can really help me decide which to choose as they all have a deadline for me to take or reject their offers.

There's no need to send your diploma, just send your form 1 together with bank draft. Regarding question 24 just check yes and indicate your initial beside. Good luck!

Thank you for your response. Sorry I'm very anxious because this is my first time to apply for NCLEX and I don't want to mess up. How about the signature Sir? Because i've read in some forums that on that part usually applications got rejected or send back. I mean how to do the correct writing of name and signiture? Should it be all capitals? cursive? I signed using my full name in cursive as far as i can remember.

It's really hard to predict but if the movement would be the same as last last year, it might be 2-3 years from now.

Yes you can but check with employer as you may be resonsible for their application fees
