Does Boces lpn program accept failures?

Does boces accept failed nursing students? I failed 2 RN classes and now now I'm doing lpn at Trocaire in Buffalo ny. I'm stressed about failing because I could get kicked out for good. Does boces accept a failed nursing student who has failed 3 nursing classes? I want to do nursing no matter how long it takes. Please answer the main point of my question, other posts like this go off topic and doesn't answer the asker's question.

Yes they do. You have to take an entrance exam. Give them a call.

What's the point if no RN program will accept you after finishing it?

That's not very nice. Maybe she will be accepted and maybe not, maybe she plans on sticking to LPN. As outrageous as that sounds, some people do want to stop at the LPN level.

Yes they do! and after you finish there are LPN to RN bridge programs :)

The person you are responding to in this post is the OP; he/she asked both questions. No one "not nice" here ;)

Well, you did say you want to do nursing back in October when you first posted.....are you still in your original RN program now, or are you now in an LPN program? Or neither?

I'm in the LPN program at trocaire trying to get re-accepted into thier RN program

Ok, well it does seem the simplest way to get into nursing is to successfully complete the LPN program, pass the NCLEX-PN, and then apply to an RN program as a bridge student. Once you have an LPN license you might have an easier time with the acceptance issue.

Good luck.

Yes they do I'm in the lpn program at boces now. They have a bridge program thru Genesee community college so I wouldn't say you will never be excepted into a nursing program. if u have any questions feel free to ask..and good luck!
