Your school doesnt require a lab class for Chem? Sorry, never heard of it.
Nope, just a three credit class.
Has to be one, right? is it that unusual to just have lecture and no lab??

Under resources click on credit course schedule. It's called Chemistry and Society, all online and is three credit hours.

Thanks! But it looks like that one goes the entire Spring semester
Oops, sorry, I missed that part of it. :)

Calcampus.com....has 3 credit college chem. its work at your own pace, so if you tell them when you need to finish, they will work with you. definitely check with your school and make sure they accept it though.
hmmm have you taken a course with them before? A little worried about the accreditation there
I started to take that College chemistry course but quit after getting into another program that didn't require chemistry. As I said, check with your school first. The program I was going to take it for was a BSN program at Regis University and they had no problem accepting it.
Sounds good! Thanks for the tip. Was it a pretty standard format in the class? I'm confused by the 'no class' aspect, just you and the teacher going by a flexible schedule..
The course is compromised of a series of units. Each unit has a homework. There are also several lab videos to watch. Everything is pretty straightforward. The quizzes and tests are not timed. I did have problems with my first teacher, because the class was very unorganized and the lectures were ridiculously short and unhelpful. I asked to be transferred, and the class I was transferred to was great. Power points for lectures, and actual teaching of information! Communication with the professor occurs via email and IMing during office hours. My suggestion is that if you want to get the class out of the way quickly, with minimal effort, do calcampus. If you get a bad prof, ask to be transferred to one who uses power points. If you want to learn a lot of chemistry, take a different course!
